Making a List and Crossing it Off

Since I'm Type A, it should come to no surprise that I love lists, especially goal lists. What's even crazier is the majority of the lists have different goals. I mean just look at this madness:

-My Business Goals for March (I'm in the Business of Romance)

and finally the goals for winter, which is gladly coming to an end in less than two days! You know what means? Time to make a new goal list.

Perception Is Everything

Hostesses: Janna from Perception Is Everything and Megan from Growing up Is Kind Of Fun
Co-Hostesses this week:
Whitney from Everything Happens For A Reason (that's me!)
Rebecca from Puddle Of Grace
Michael from Crazy Tragic {Almost} Magic

So, my current goals (which will end on March 19):

1. Blog at least five times a week. Every week, I didn't blog 5 times. However, I think the average was about 3.5 times. That couple of weeks, I have been blogging between 4-6 times. I'm going to consider that a success.

2. Do three tutorials on the blog. See #3.

3. Do five Pinterest inspired ideas and post on the blog. I only posted four on the blog, but I didn't post the rest that I did. (didn't post the gallery wall or the wedding shadowbox)

4. Do The Hair Project again (#1 can be seen: here and #2 can be seen: here). FAIL.

5. Create a new 101 in 1001 list for the second time, since the deadline is coming up on January 14, 2013.You can see 2010-2013's results here and my new list for 2013-2015; here.

6. Do the Project 365 for the second year.Check it out: here.

7. Make 2012's Project 366 into a book. I decided not to, because I take WAY too many pictures. Plus, I always make my blog into a book. The pictures would just be included in there, so I didn't really see a point.

8. Learn to play a song on the guitar that I received for Christmas (Fender Tim Armstrong Hellcat Acoustic/Electric. So much better than the guitar that I got 11 years ago). FAIL.

9. Open an etsy shop. I decided against it for now, since I opened my own business, Pure Romance by Whitney.

10. Pay at least $3000 towards credit cards. I can't remember the exact amount, but I've paid between $2800 to $3000 towards credit cards (since December 3, 2012). I still have a long way to go. I wished it would have been more. There was that whole AT&T debacle, where I only pressed ONE TIME PAYMENT. There was a glitch, and they took out THREE months at once, which equals a A LOT. I told them that I didn't authorize it, and it would take 10 days to get it reversed (because they have to research it. umm... there's nothing to research). The bank said the same thing. Hello, geniuses. I still haven't seen my money and the bill is due in five days. At least, I don't owe anything until June. Plus, with this credit card debt, this will allow me (hopefully) to get on a ball with my business, so I can make the major moolah.

Not too shabby on the completion of the goals, right?

For my March business goals, I haven't really done that great. I still have time in March to at least change that.

P.S. Later today, I have a post about my tiara wearing ways and a giveaway for a Clarisonic Mia 2. You won't want to miss either!

Um, look at you go! I love all the lists, I'm totally a list person! And if I don't write something down, I'm crazy and forget.

Nice work lady! And so happy to have you as a co-host!

You do take a TON of pictures! I think I'm going to try to minimize the amount of pics I take. I like it, but I HATE having to wade through them all. I want to get my blog made into a book. I know I say that a lot, but I really do want to do it. Haha
